This website provides general information about surplus funds. By submitting a request, you confirm that your information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that we may contact you about that request. Do not submit another person’s private information without authority or use this site unlawfully.
Our role and your right to file
National Equity Reclamation Services is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. You may file a surplus-funds claim yourself for free through the appropriate county or state office. Any agreed service fee pays for optional research, document preparation, and administrative handling—not legal representation. Availability and requirements vary by state; no recovery is guaranteed.
Eligibility and state restrictions
An inquiry is not acceptance of a case or confirmation that money is owed. Availability depends on jurisdiction, claimant rights, deadlines, and applicable law. We do not offer fee-based recovery for Texas properties. Other states require individual review before services can be offered. Contact the relevant government office or an independent licensed attorney about your rights and deadlines.
Fees and agreements
A free review creates no payment obligation. Any services, permitted fees, and scope of work must be set out in a separate written agreement before you sign. No upfront service fee is charged under our contingency arrangement; a fee is payable only if funds are successfully recovered as specified in that agreement and allowed by law. These website terms do not replace a signed service agreement or waive any statutory protections.
No guarantee or representation
We do not guarantee recovery, a payment amount, eligibility, or a timeline. Decisions rest with the court or government office holding the funds. Contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship. Any legal work or representation must be separately arranged with a licensed attorney.
Privacy and website availability
Inquiry information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We aim to keep website information accurate, but it may be incomplete or change. The site may be interrupted or unavailable. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
